What's going on?
9 out of 10 times this issue occurs when two different email addresses are used between account sign up and subscription sign up. When this occurs the the system has a hard time recognizing that the account has been paid up this email address is the ID it uses to associate the account with the subscription.
Luckily, we can easily fix this! Please SEND US A TICKET and let us know the following:
- That you've signed up for a subscription and you're locked out.
- The email address you prefer to keep.
